How do the holes actually get into the cheese? These and many more questions will be answered during a visit to the Kasplatzl show dairy.
Look over the dairymen's shoulders as they process the milk from happy Scherrhof cows into delicious cheese. Afterwards, of course, the cheese will be tasted. And if you are still looking for a souvenir, you will certainly find it here.
