Details

WOGOUT® , or "fitness on the water", involves swapping the mat for a paddleboard and practising fitness exercises on the unstable surface, which makes them more intense.


This not only trains concentration and coordination, but also draws attention to the here and now. Body and mind are challenged and the deep muscles are strengthened. SUP fitness is suitable for all fitness levels, as long as you are prepared to leave your comfort zone.


Every course includes an introduction to the stand-up paddle technique, so no SUP experience is required. The only prerequisites are safe swimming skills and a willingness to embark on this unique adventure.


Bring along: Sun protection, swimwear or sportswear, water bottle
