The natural and gentle exercises are a harmonious combination of attention, breathing and movement. Performed standing or sitting, they are suitable for anyone of any age.


Qi" is referred to as life energy. The exercises are designed to get pent-up or blocked energy in the body flowing again and thus have a positive effect on body and mind.



Tip: takes place standing or sitting - therefore suitable for people with joint problems.
