Experience an inspiring week focused on self-defense and martial arts—led by two top international athletes: European Judo Champion Emanuele Bruno and World Karate Champion Stefano Maniscalco. In daily sessions, you’ll learn simple, effective techniques to strengthen body awareness, self-confidence, and personal safety.
The training is suitable for everyone, with no prior experience or special physical requirements needed. The focus is on the joy of movement, mental strength, and personal development—all in a motivating and professional environment.
This course takes place at the Hotel Winkler. A shuttle will be provided, departure 30 mins before the course starts at the reception at Hotel Solvie.
