With our chef and pastry chef Franziskus you take seasonal fruits and grains from the surrounding area and conjure up a delightful dessert. With lots of little tips and tricks, amateur cooks can learn how to enjoy summer fruit even in winter, how to perfectly showcase lesser-known fruit varieties, and how to make a perfect dessert for a nice evening no longer a hurdle. About the origin and producers, of course, remains just as little a question and at the end of the workshop the final product is tasted.
