Breathe deeply
"When the mind comes to rest, the body does too."
A mental training & forest bathing / Shinrin Yoku program designed by Nina Lorenz for physical & mental health and more joie de vivre. In our hectic times, we are online 24/7. When we do find peace and quiet, we have forgotten how to do nothing. Just be offline. The aim of the workshop: Recharge your batteries and ground yourself with the help of the forest, supported by the beautiful Swiss stone pine forest around the Grawand Hütte and its effects. Enjoy the forest mindfully and with all your senses and leave the carousel of everyday thoughts behind you. How can I activate my energy resources to better deal with the worries and stresses of everyday life? Practical exercises to do at home. Shinrin Yoku is the Japanese term for forest bathing (immersion in the forest) and is a recognized form of therapy. The health-promoting effects of spending time in the forest on body, mind and soul have been the subject of medical research at many universities for several decades. It has not only been discovered that forest bathing under professional guidance not only lowers blood pressure, pulse and stress, but also reduces anxiety and depression and can even reduce the risk of cancer.
