We cordially invite you to our new Nia & Nature event.
Together we will experience the special stillness of the winter season, get in the mood for the quiet phase of winter and celebrate the transition from darkness to light, hope and a new beginning for the new year.
What you can expect:
-Warm herbal and spruce tea
-Small herbal rituals for letting go and setting intentions for new beginnings
-Yul candle decorating with beautiful natural elements
-Nia dancing with a focus on letting go and new beginnings
-In our silent closing meditation, we light our candles to bring back the light
Instructions:
-Bring warm, comfortable clothes, slippers or thick socks and openness
-Please let us know in advance (in the comments field when registering)
We look forward to seeing you - let's find the light together, let go of what no longer serves us and celebrate the new beginning.
