How to get to Klein Tibet?
Tibet is remote, and so is Klein Tibet. The highlight in the Zillertal may not be quite as far out of the world as Tibet, but it is a long way from civilization. Far from civilization means that you can't get there by car. The last parking lot is below the Zillergründl dam, and from the so-called Bärenrast parking lot you can hike to the dam on foot. The more comfortable alternative to traveling by car and the dam wall hike is to take the bus. Most visitors use this option. Visitors travel by bus either from the Bärenrast parking lot or even from Mayrhofen. In contrast to private cars, the public buses on route 8328 are allowed to travel as far as the Zillergrund dam wall. But that's where the bus stops. If you want to get to Klein Tibet, you have to walk from here. There are no transfer buses that go further into the valley, as is the case in the neighboring Stilluptal
