When autumn bathes the wine-growing region in warm gold, Oggau is the place to enjoy, stroll and celebrate. "Gans Oggau" combines everything that makes Burgenland so special: first-class cuisine, excellent wines and a unique atmosphere in the middle of nature.
Along the cycle path between Oggau and Rust, winegrowers and restaurants invite you to take an enjoyable stroll from stall to stall from 11 am to 7 pm. Whether classic crispy Martinigansl, creative new interpretations or fine side dishes - this is where traditional craftsmanship meets modern sophistication. Exquisite Oggau wines are also served, which harmonize perfectly with the autumnal aromas.
Meetings, conversations and special moments are created between the vines and the view. Benches and tables along the route invite you to linger - ideal for couples, families, groups of friends or guests from outside who want to experience Lake Neusiedl at its most enjoyable.
Admission is free.
Shuttle bus and public transport connections ensure a relaxed arrival and departure - also to Rust, Mörbisch and Donnerskirchen (Esterházy "Das Biolandgut"), where the "Gans am Neusiedler See" is also celebrated.
