Find out in this impulse training session what really matters when it comes to slow jogging, which is easy on the joints. Get to know the three most important technical features that you can immediately transfer to your walking and running practice.

This offer at the Slow Jogging base at Lake Constance takes place once a month. Alternately accompanied by Stefan Gerber and Katja Eberle. Both are sports scientists and slow jogging professionals.
