This week we will immerse ourselves in the wonderful combination of movement & healing sounds. The sounds speak to people on a special & deep level: They have a harmonizing and vitalizing effect on body, mind and soul, release tension on a physical and mental level and invite you to listen and dive into a deep connection to yourself.
Flow Yoga & Sound
A flowing yoga practice with variations of sun salutations, fluidly connecting yoga exercises. A moving meditation that stimulates the cardiovascular system and creates a feeling of surrender and merging with the current action. In the following sound bath, the body is allowed to come to rest again and to reflect in a deep relaxation.
