Together with farmer's wife Veronika, you will learn how
the traditional dish Tirteln is made - delicious,
golden-brown baked dumplings that used to be a
popular dish on the farms.
They prepare various fillings - from
spicy spinach and creamy curd cheese to
delicious cabbage - shape the tirteln and then bake them
until crispy.
At the end, the freshly baked Tirteln
are of course tasted together in a convivial atmosphere.
