The Kröll family has been processing hay milk since 1954 and refines the precious raw material from cows, sheep and goats - with a lot of love and flair - into your favorite products.

Zilli & Co are practically part of the family at our hay milk farmers. Thanks to the short transport routes from the alpine pastures and mountain farms to processing in the valley and the environmentally friendly packaging, the hay milk products from the Erlebnissennerei Zillertal not only taste good to you, but also to our environment.
