This varied excursion combines the fascinating world of medicinal herbs with a pleasant hike through the beautiful South Tyrolean mountains. The day begins with a visit to the Bergila Herb Farm in Issing. Stroll through the lovingly maintained herb gardens, discover a wide variety of local medicinal and aromatic plants, and gain fascinating insights into the production of high-quality essential oils and natural products. The farm shop offers a wonderful opportunity to browse and purchase a selection of herbal specialties.
Afterwards, the hike leads gently uphill through fragrant conifer forests to the idyllic Moarhof Alm. At the top, you will be rewarded with traditional South Tyrolean cuisine, a sunny terrace, and magnificent views over the Puster Valley – the perfect place to relax and enjoy a well-deserved break surrounded by nature.
