Route description snowshoe hike

470 vertical meters | 3.8 km (outward route)

This snowshoe hike to the Rechner Alm starts at the small Pofels ski lift at the northern end of the village of Reschen (1,500m). Next to the toboggan run is a groomed ascent to the starting area. There you keep to the right, follow trail no. 5, cross the Stillebach stream and ascend via footpath no. 5a to the Rechner Alm at 2,020m.

The descent is via the ascent path (also with the toboggan) or as a circular hike in the lower part via the hamlet of Froi on path no. 7.

Route description easy winter hike

200 vertical meters | 3 km (outward journey)

For a leisurely hike to the Rescher Alm, you can drive into the Rojental valley as far as the Kopferbrücke bridge, where the Rescher Alm parking lot is located. From there you can reach the alpine pasture via the prepared hiking trail in approx. 1 hour on a slight incline.
