WOGA®, or "yoga on the water", involves swapping the mat for a paddleboard and practising our yoga, meditation and breathing exercises on the unstable surface, which has a more intensive effect.


This not only trains concentration and coordination, but also draws attention to the here and now. Body and mind are challenged and the deep muscles are strengthened. SUP yoga is suitable for everyone, including yoga beginners, as long as you are prepared to leave your comfort zone.


Each course includes an introduction to the stand-up paddle technique, so no SUP experience is required. The only prerequisites are safe swimming skills and a willingness to embark on this unique adventure.


Bring along: Sun protection, swimwear or sportswear, water bottle
