Hike Köglalm

Hike along a wonderful path on the slopes of the Unnütz to the Köglalm at 1,431 meters above sea level and enjoy the sweeping views of the Seekarspitze and the impressive Karwendel mountains.

We reach the idyllically situated Köglalm via a charming red mountain hiking trail. From there, a fantastic panorama opens up over Achenkirch and the peaks on the western shore of Lake Achensee. As the hut is already on its well-deserved winter break, we enjoy the pure tranquillity of the mountain while enjoying a snack we have brought with us. The way back takes us along the forest road, past the "Kaiser-Maximilian-Rast" viewing platform, which invites us to make a final photo stop.

Bring along: sturdy footwear (hiking boots), weatherproof clothing and sufficient food and drink, as the hut is already closed.

Prerequisites: Physical health, basic fitness and surefootedness.
