Take the main road to St. Johann - take the first exit twice to the right and follow the Salzach to the 3rd bridge - turn left towards Palfner Dörfl (past the KIKA and HOFER) - uphill to the Rettenebenalm - ATTENTION!
just before the dead end there is a small path on the right. Here you have to push your bike for about 100 meters - when you see a container you are back on the right path - take the forest road to St. Veit im Pongau (past the monastery) - along the Salzach to St. Johann - back to Alpendorf.
