When thousands of candlelights twinkle in the evening and dark shadows appear on the historic facades of the old town, the small artists' town of Klausen is wrapped in a festive atmosphere.
The Klausner Gassladvent opens its doors from November 29 to December 24, 2024 from Friday to Sunday from 10:00 to 19:00. The flair of bygone eras emanates from every corner and the romantic old town becomes a very special backdrop for a very special Christmas market thanks to the natural and authentic decorations. Hidden behind the fir branches and in the historic cellars are homemade Christmas gifts for the eye and the palate: turned wooden bowls, felted slippers, delicately carved nativity figures, herbal specialties and glass art. A sensual Christmas scent floats through the icy winter air. Feet in thickly lined boots, hands in woolen gloves - in the frosty temperatures, a hot cup of mulled wine and sweet treats are just the thing to warm body and soul.
