Happiness yoga is a holistic yoga practice that brings body, mind and soul into harmony - with the aim of strengthening inner happiness. Through gentle movements, conscious breathing, mindfulness and positive impulses, happiness yoga helps to reduce stress, increase joie de vivre and find more ease in everyday life. It combines classic yoga elements with methods from positive psychology and invites you to discover the happiness within yourself.


In the peaceful atmosphere of Gut Sonnberghof, surrounded by the picturesque nature of the Alps.

The yoga course takes place in our beautiful Morgensonne yoga room.


Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi - GlücksYoga at Gut Sonnberghof gives everyone a special time-out full of mindfulness, depth and harmony.
