Vegetables by Josef and Bettina Posch

Josef Posch Jr, his wife Bettina, parents Anna and Josef Posch and grandfather Josef Posch Sr run the farm as a family business. Vegetables are grown on an area of around 11 hectares, 7 hectares of which are owned by the family. In 1970, the Posch family farm switched from livestock farming to vegetable growing and now grows a wide range of different products. Like the Posch Hannes and Puelacher Romed families, the production is integrated cultivation and Effective Microorganisms™ (EM) are also used.
