Plyometric exercises are based on the concept of muscle reaction force, in which muscles contract quickly and powerfully to perform a movement. This is done by using a stretch-shortening cycle, in which the muscles are first stretched and then quickly contracted again. Sounds simple, but it's not. Our qualified health / personal fitness trainer Phil will show you exercises ranging from easy to advanced.
