Start your day with yoga.
Yoga exercises strengthen your holistic well-being, they give us balance, strengthen us from the center. The breath helps us to cleanse and relax the system. Mediation calms the mind and relaxation ensures a good and healthy nervous system.
The yoga classes are based on Hatha yoga, asanas (physical exercises) and pranayamas (breathing exercises) are taught and guided through simple meditation.
Anybody can take part (from the age of 14), no previous experience is necessary.
