A 4-6-course steak evening to sit back, enjoy and share - pure steak love at the Ortnerhof.
Chef Hans has a special passion - for meat. What counts for him is where it comes from: from animals that have been allowed to live in a good environment and have been reared respectfully. This is the only way to ensure full flavor and top quality.

The menu opens with Tuna steak tataki in sesame crust on game salat, followed by tender Back of suckling pig with Riesling wine cabbage.
A light fruit sorbet with Prosecco provides freshness before the steaks make their grand entrance:
Dry Aged Entrecôte, Black Angus Flanksteak and Wagyu Huftsteak.
The Ortnerhof dessert variation is the delightful finale.

The steaks are carefully selected, classically grilled and roasted and with the necessary time to rest, the juiciness and flavor can fully develop. Deliberately without sous-vide, but with a flair for craftsmanship and experience.
