Description
An active yoga class with dynamic flows, prolonged asanas in a constant alternation of tension and relaxation. You are invited to activate your body and connect with your breath and your body. An hour for guests who want to really feel themselves.
Basic requirement: kneeling position, four-footed position, support on the hands!
