Three days full of rhythm, movement and joie de vivre at the Sonnenhof Lam! Whether you're a hotel guest, passing through or a local - everyone is welcome at the Sonnenhof Dance Days!
With us: Alex & Robert from the Alex Dance School - with a varied program of discofox and line dancing for beginners, advanced dancers and everyone who enjoys dancing.
The following awaits you over the days:
Wednesday:
16:00 - 17:00: Discofox workshop
20:00 - 20:30: Line dancing in the evening
From 20:30: Free dancing
Thursday:
11:00 - 12:30: Discofox workshop
12:30 - 13:30: Line dance for couples & singles
From 20:30: Free dancing
Friday:
11:00 - 12:30: Discofox workshop

There's something for everyone! Look forward to professional lessons, a relaxed atmosphere and rousing music - in the middle of the Bavarian Forest.
For hotel guests the dance days are free of charge, for external guests & locals from the Lamer Winkel only €50.00 per person for the whole 3-day dance course at the Sonnenhof Resort Lam.
You are welcome to book the dance days with a Day SPA and/or a dinner to spend the whole day being pampered in the wellness area and enjoy a culinary highlight in the evening.
