Day of arrival: On the day of arrival, your accommodation is ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. at the earliest.
Day of departure: We ask you to vacate your accommodation on the day of departure in good time - by 10 a.m. at the latest.
Please leave your accommodation tidy so that the guests after you can also move into the accommodation on time. If something is broken, please let us know at reception. You are welcome to leave your luggage in the games room in the basement in the meantime. Please leave valuables at reception.
Billing: Your final bill will be ready for you at reception by around 8.00 pm on the evening before the day of departure. You have the option of paying ONLY IN CASH (EURO) on site. The nearest ATM is located in the village center after the community and tourist information building - please note the daily withdrawal limit of Euro 400,-.
Early departure/delayed arrival: A premature departure or late arrival will be charged at 100%. Deposits paid will be credited to your invoice upon full departure.
