Once upon a time... An adventure massage for children (ages 4–10) including a little surprise

In addition to promoting blood circulation, muscle relaxation, and strengthening the immune system, the massage also fosters children’s creativity, concentration, and body awareness. In the long term, it strengthens physical and mental health and helps build character and self-confidence.

Children are playfully introduced to the importance of the health-promoting effects of mindfulness, relaxation, and wellness. Thus, children’s massages in a trusting environment enrich their upbringing in today’s fast-paced world.

The experiential massage for children between the ages of 4 and 10 is offered by our trained female staff.

While a “relaxing” story is being told, various materials are harmoniously incorporated alongside basic massage techniques. These elements are what make our children’s massage so engaging and creative.

The massage focuses on specific areas of the body (primarily the back and arms).
