With our certified ice-bathing coach Steffi, you’ll learn what the cold does to your body. What your breath can do. And how your mind suddenly becomes still. Afterward, we’ll head together to the natural pool in the Vorderkaserklamm gorge, where the water is currently around 10 °C.
