Description

The Champagne Brut Grand Reserve from Andreˋ Clouet is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, mainly harvested from the Grand Cru vineyards of Bouzy in the Montagne de Reims, and is fermented in barriques from the Sauternes producer Chateau Doisy Daene, as is part of the ageing process. The riddling is done manually and the sugar dosage falls into the Brut category.
