Welcome to Resilience Week!

What does "resilience" actually mean?

It is about ways to strengthen mental resilience in order to emerge stronger from crises.

But it is also about learning to deal with stressful situations more effectively and to be more mindful in our daily lives - that is, to consciously reflect ourselves again and again and to track down our needs.

In the next few days, I will accompany you on exactly this path: to more contentment, serenity and relaxation. In the mornings you will receive concrete input from me and we will go into reflection. In the afternoon, you can expect daily guided meditations and relaxation sessions.

The units are not based on each other, so you are welcome to join at any time.

I am very happy to accompany you on this path to more mental resilience.
