With delicate Ayurvedic cuisine, warming oil massages, and moments of tranquil sound, we gently guide you toward a new sense of balance. Three nights during which your body and mind can attune themselves to the cooler season—carried by tranquility rather than hustle and bustle, by warmth rather than cold.

This weekend, we combine the millennia-old teachings of Ayurveda with modern F.X. Mayr medicine into a gentle, holistic approach. Individually tailored treatments, personalized care, and a group walk in the woods support regeneration, inner balance, and renewed clarity.

Our experienced team will tailor your diet specifically to your needs—whether to relieve the intestines, for gentle detoxification, or for sustainable weight loss. A weekend that strengthens, grounds, and has a lasting effect.

A special treat this week: Keerthi will be our guest—he’s coming to the Allgäu specifically for these days. Vera und Klang, a yoga and sports therapist, will be joining us for the week.
