Self-love and mindfulness

There is only one person you are with your whole life: you!


Self-love and mindfulness are two essential elements for a fulfilled and happy life. While self-love means accepting yourself, mindfulness teaches us to be present in the

present moment and to become aware of ourselves without judging.


We want to consciously dedicate ourselves to these two elements. The time on the mat should be dedicated to you alone. Time to listen to yourself and explore your needs.


We start the day with an active morning practice. Guided by our breath, we flow through dynamic and invigorating flows that strengthen us for the day. But we also take

time to feel how the movement affects our body and mind.


We dedicate the evening hours mainly to Yin Yoga. The focus of Yin Yoga is on discovering your own body and feeling yourself in the here and now. We surrender more and more to relaxation.


There are also elements of breathing exercises (pranayama) and mediation in the classes.


Everyone is welcome on this retreat, with or without yoga experience. And in addition to the yoga classes, you still have enough time.
