Description
Sensual yoga is based on experiencing your own body with all your senses. The process is supported by slow movements, time, meditation and self-awareness. It is super calming and soothing before going to sleep. In combination with the scents of incense and oils, it becomes a multi-sensory experience and deepens the journey.
