Let's dive into the fragrant world of natural baking together! In this two-hour workshop with herbal medicine practitioner Theresa Sommerbichler, we will discover the art of sourdough - original, healthy and full of life. Theresa shows us how flour, water and time are turned into a lively dough that not only tastes delicious but is also particularly digestible. We learn exciting facts about natural fermentation processes and the healing connection between bread, herbs and traditional herbalism. At the end, we will of course take our home-baked bread home with us - as a fragrant reminder of a sensory workshop that brings warmth, naturalness and the magic of homemade food into the winter season.

Meeting point/start: Every Tuesday, 10.00 am, Zederberghof, Alpendorfweg 9 (walking time approx. 20 min from the hotel - 3 min. by car)
