Pilates is a gentle but effective full-body workout that strengthens the deep muscles and improves posture. The focus is on the strength of the

core - abdomen, pelvic floor, diaphragm and back - as well as conscious

breathing that supports every movement.

The training promotes stability, flexibility and a new body awareness.
