E-bike tour sun terrace

From Alpendorf, we cycle to the Tauern Cycle Path and, away from the main road, gently ascend past farms and flowering meadows to St. Veit, the sun terrace of the Pongau. The route continues along a quiet road to Goldegg Weng and finally along a farm track to the Hochleiten Alm. Along the way, you can enjoy the wonderful landscape and wildlife. Regional specialties await you at the Alm to fortify you for the return journey.

Meeting point start: every Friday, 09:30 am Parking lot 2 of the Alpendorf gondola lift in front of the Snoworld bike rental

Guide: Manfred Oberndorfer, certified mountain bike guide

Duration: a. 2.5 hours pure riding time, with breaks approx. 3 hours

Difficulty/condition: normal condition, 35 km total distance, 900 m altitude

Riding technique: normal cycling skills required

Equipment & clothing: e-bike, appropriate cycling clothing and protective equipment (helmet, gloves, goggles), drinks, mobile phone

E-bike rental: see below. Reservation in good time is essential, please note opening times!

Children: min. 14 years, good physical condition

Participants: max. 12 people

Participation only with registration at reception by 4.00 pm the day before!

!PLEASE NOTE BIKE RENTAL FOR THE TOUR ON SUNDAY!

The bikes must be rented and collected by Saturday, 5.00 pm at the latest!
