Description
This workshop with Astrid Herberg is not just about curve training, but also about reducing blockages and fears when riding. Astrid's absolute strengths are sensitizing the riding experience, improving riding skills and perfecting safety on the bike in theory and practice.
It will be an optimal mix of mental training and riding training in a beautiful area. The focus is not on covering many kilometers, many passes (and high speeds) during the day. We will be riding very comfortably in 2 groups (max. 5 ladies). There will always be time for short breaks to chat, enjoy an espresso and take photos! And when we return to the hotel in the afternoon, a wonderful spa area and meditation with Astrid await the participants.
