In this hour you will learn walking again - efficient and healthy in the long term! Fascia walking forms the basis. And the arm swinging movement with the rustling reactive swinging devices provides a triggering of the core and deep muscles. This way the whole body is trained. A great feeling!

Borrow the swing equipment at our reception for 3 euros and off you go! Beautiful route along the Jakobsweg and apple orchards. You can choose between four or six kilometers and exercise boards will accompany you on your way. At the end your whole body is trained. A great feeling!
