Description
With Dani - yoga teacher and mountain hiking guide - a very special start to the day awaits you, full of nature, exercise and mindfulness.
We meet at the Coolnest Hotel at 06:00 and drive together to the starting point on the Steinerkogel. From there, we will enjoy a leisurely hike of around 2 hours (approx. 5.1 km with an elevation gain of around 600 meters) through the beautiful Brandberg forest up to the Kolmhaus.
On arrival at the top, a short, relaxing yoga session in the fresh mountain air awaits you - ideal for recharging your batteries. From 09:30, we enjoy a lovingly prepared breakfast buffet with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. At around 10:30 am, we will set off on our return journey together and be back at the hotel by 1:00 pm at the latest.
Please bring good, non-slip shoes and a comfortable change of clothes - especially for after the yoga session.
