TRX sling training is a full-body exercise in which you train using your own body weight as resistance. You use a non-elastic belt system (TRX Suspension Trainer) with handles and loops to perform various exercises while standing or lying down. The training targets strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. Places are limited, so be sure to reserve a place at reception early and binding.
