Wine Experience Tour

Find out more about Austria's largest preserved wine cellar on a tour of the Retzer Erlebniskeller. Follow historical traces in an underground labyrinth of various corridors and tunnels, which are hidden up to 20 meters below ground.

Public guided tours

May - October: daily at 10:30, 14:00 and 16:00

on Saturdays additionally at 12:00 noon

Nov., Dec., March, April: daily at 2 p.m.

January, February: Sat., Sun. and public holidays at 2.00 p.m.

Duration: approx. 1.5 hours

Admission prices

Single: € 15,- / pers.

Pupils (no wine): € 6,50 / pers.

Lower Austria Card: free admission for individual guests on public tours

The tour includes a short explanation of the main square and ends in the Althof Gebietsvinothek with a wine tasting (1/16l).
