The name says it all. At least in terms of colour. The restaurant in Lemongarden is located in Haus Vesna. Here green meets yellow and stages the nuanced colour palette of lemon, lime and lime. Fabrics, stones, Bisazza mosaics and exquisite materials interpret the citrus fruit theme with a great deal of style and sensitivity. Not without staying true to his roots: The walls made of layered stones bridge the gap to tradition and create a grown harmony.
The lighting concept underlines the natural aesthetics and skillfully sets them in scene with lighting accents; the numerous lemon trees that play a leading role in Lemongarden. What is possible, we produce ourselves: Bread, pasta, patisserie, everything's homemade. Even the Limoncello, which our Limoncello master Ivan creates on milk basis. That takes away his superficial sweetness and just makes him wonderful.
