bellicon HEALTH is a gentle, health-oriented workout on the bellicon that combines cardio training, coordination and strength.

Every single cell in the body is stimulated by the gentle swinging motion. We always work in the low pulse range and thus optimally stimulate the fat metabolism.

Short coordination units challenge us not only physically but also mentally, and the strength units gently strengthen the deep muscles.
