"Cleaning and hypoallergenic products: We pay great attention to hygiene and sustainability at our resort. Cleaning is done with sustainable and biodegradable products from the Unyrain company, respecting the environment and guests' health.

Every member of our team receives specific hygiene training to ensure high safety standards in all areas of the resort.

All of our pools are equipped with the OSPA water treatment system, which uses natural salt tablets and the highly effective Hydroanthracite S. The system produces no unpleasant odors and does not cause allergic reactions, ensuring excellent water quality.

For in-room comfort, we provide hypoallergenic beds, pillows and blankets, which are available upon request, so as to offer an environment suitable for those with allergies as well."
