An hour for anyone who wants to consciously reflect on the experiences of the week so far and anchor them in their body through simple yoga exercises. We will start by practicing a dynamic Vinyasa flow and finish with an aroma meditation to ring in the evening. This will not only be active, but also relaxing. Essential oils will also be used for even more well-being.
