Yogilates combines the core elements of yoga and Pilates in an activating morning exercise class. Look forward to a cool class with great exercises that combine strengthening and stretching. Yogilates is also particularly suitable for non-yogis who want to slowly build up their stretching ability and feel the training effect. After the Yogilates class you will feel like a new person again, I promise ;-) Like all group classes, this course is also included for you as a house guest. Make sure you book your place at reception by the evening before at the latest.
