Rita invites parents and their children on an adventure together to discover the joy of movement and relaxation. In a playful and sensitive atmosphere, we will explore yoga exercises to promote physical fitness, flexibility and mindfulness. This class not only promotes physical health, but also strengthens the bond between parents and children as we learn, grow and relax together.
4:30 p.m.: Immune System-Strengthening Parent-Child Yoga (school age and up).
