Ehrenberg Castle (45 km / 45 min) is the ruin of an old mighty defense system. It consists of various castles and fortresses: - Ehrenberg Castle - Fort Claudia - Fortress Klause - Fortress Schlosskopf - Hornwerk at the Schlossanger

My "men" were highly enthusiastic about the site and its adventure possibilities: - Visiting the ruins - 400m long and 179m high suspension bridge "highline179" - exciting exhibitions (among other things about knights and defence of castles) - museum - riddle rally and treasure hunt - castle playground (with water-spouting dragons) - Nature exhibition "The last savage

It was a more than successful excursion!

General information: Castle World and Highline are open daily from 8am-2pm. Visitor centre, adventure museum & nature exhibition, shop: Thursday to Monday and public holidays from 10.00-16.00 hrs.
