Description
The tradition of the Kinderzeche dates back to the 17th century. The local history and children's festival reenacts a local legend, according to which the children of Dinkelsbühl saved the town from the Swedes during the Thirty Years' War.
Dinkelsbühl brings history back to life during the Kinderzeche with performances of the historical festival play, parades and historical children's and rich dances.
